ESG REPORTING PARTNER

For over 20 years Piotr has worked with growth strategies of listed companies and specializes in sustainability and sustainable finance issues. He is a member of the Sustainability Reporting Technical Expert Group (SR TEG) of the European Financial Reporting Advisory Group (EFRAG) which is responsible for developing sustainability reporting standards projects (ESRS) as part of CSRD. Being a Vice-President of the Polish Association of Listed Companies and a member of the Securities and Markets Stakeholders Group of ESMA, he co-creates capital market regulations and supports issuers in fulfilling their requirements. He is an initiator and a co-author of the Non-Financial Information Standard. He consulted the EU Taxonomy for sustainable activities for the UE Commission and developed first projects of disclosure standards for the Taxonomy for ESMA which were adopted in a delegated regulation of the EC. In his work at MATERIALITY, he uses his own materiality assessment method to help companies identify material risks and non-financial matters as well as to conduct scenario analyses.

At MATERIALITY, Justyna works with corporate impacts on the natural and social environment and the inclusion of sustainability aspects into business growth strategies. She specializes in the topics of circular transformation and implementing business models that are in line with circular economy principles. She also helps real estate companies, developers and building enterprises with adjusting to the requirements of the EU Taxonomy for sustainable activities. She is a co-author of the methodology behind materiality and risk assessments applied by MATERIALITY and SIN – Non-Financial Information Standard.

At MATERIALITY, Katarzyna creates ESG reports for WSE-listed companies and develops sustainability strategies for companies, specializing in the topics of climate change, biodiversity and circular economy. Since 2020 she has been studying climate awareness among companies as part of the CCA – Corporate Climate Crisis Awareness Study, carried out by the Reporting Standards Foundation, the Polish Association of Listed Companies and Bureau Veritas.

At MATERIALITY, Artur specializes in the areas of human rights, business ethics and legal compliance monitoring. He creates ESG reports for WSE-listed companies, co-operates in non-financial risks identification, in developing sustainability strategies and ethical policies. Anna Zawadzka-Sobieraj

BUILT ENVIRONMENT EXPERT

At MATERIALITY, Anna works with impacts of the build environment on the social and natural environment. She supports real-estate companies in their climate-friendly and circular transformation, e.g., through implementing the requirements of the EU Taxonomy for sustainable activities in real estate development investments. For 15 years she has worked with green buildings, being an active designer, an academic lecturer and an activist. She is a graduate of the Architecture Faculty of the Warsaw University of Technology and the Institute of Applied Social Sciences of the University of Warsaw. Apart from working at MATERIALITY, she leads the green architecture workshop mech.build.

At MATERIALITY, Alicja specializes in periodic reporting of companies listed at the regulated market. For over 30 years she has been involved in the financial sector where she, for example, worked with market research, strategy and analyses (Bank Pekao S.A.) and was responsible for Management Board reports (ING Bank Śląski) which received numerous awards of distinction in the Best Annual Report contest. Her articles on periodic reporting have been published in Parkiet and Przegląd Corporate Governance.
