Piotr Biernacki


Over the last 20 years, Piotr has been working on the development strategies of public companies and has specialized in sustainability development and sustainable finance matters. As President of the Foundation for Reporting Standards and a member of the Project Task Force for Climate-Related Reporting at EFRAG, he works on sustainability information reporting standards. Piotr is also the initiator and co-author of the non-Financial Information Standard (nFIS). As Vice President of the Polish Association of Listed Companies and complying with requirements. In MATERIALITY, Piotr uses his author materiality assessment method which he developed to help companies identify principal risks and sustainability matters and conduct scenario analyses.

Justyna Biernacka

Justyna Biernacka


As a specialist, Justyna implements sustainability strategies into business, social and local government activity. Justyna has experience in designing (qualified architect, Certified LEED AP and Passive House Designer), building and development, as she created sustainability management strategies and implemented innovations in the scope of sustainable housing in leading development and construction companies. As an expert, Justyna works with the Capital City of Warsaw Municipal Office on projects related to sustainable urban development. She is also a member of nFIS editorial team. Currently, Justyna is a PhD student at the Department of Management and Finance at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). In MATERIALITY, she works on the impact of company’s operating activity on natural and social environment, and she incorporates sustainability aspects to company’s business growth strategies.
Paweł Wieliczko



Paweł holds the position of the CEO of Equity Market Consulting Group sp. z o.o. – a consultancy helping issuers to comply with disclosure obligations and raising capital for public companies. Previously, he supervised companies working in the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. He advised and actively cooperated on approx. 100 issuances of shares and bonds. He is a certified advisor on the NewConnect market.
Katarzyna Starzycka



Katarzyna specializes in sustainability development matters and climate-related policy. She has several years of experience in project work and urban strategy regarding sustainability development and climate change adaptation. Katarzyna graduated from the Wageningen University in the Netherlands. In MATERIALITY, she is responsible for creating sustainability reports and preparing sustainability development strategies with special regard to environmental and climate-related issues. 

Artur Gazda

Artur has several years of experience in the field of human rights in business and monitor compliance with legislative requirements. In MATERIALITY, as ESG Reporting Specialist he is responsible for developing sustainability reports for WSE listed companies, identifying sustainability risks and establishing sustainability development strategies.
Joanna Siedlaczek



Joanna specializes in investor relations, corporate and financial communication. She started working as a consultant for private and public companies in several sectors: chemical industry, capital market, logistics, mortgage and mobile technology. She also coordinated investor relations and communications in public offerings of shares and public bond issuances. Joanna worked in CIECH S.A. as a Management Board Representative for Investor Relations. She was ranked the 3rd best IR (Investor Relations) Specialist amongst chemical companies from EMEA region in a prestigious “Emerging EMEA Executive Team Survey” rank. Currently she holds the position of the Director of Investor Relations in Unimot S.A. 

Tomasz Kubik



Tomasz has over 10 years of experience in the capital market. He specializes in stock exchange compliance, creating and verifying current and periodic reports. He developed the prospectuses of listed companies and investor presentations in projects related to raising capital. He conducts trainings in complying with disclosure obligations for companies from the regulated and NewConnect market. As a specialist, Tomasz works for listed companies in a bilingual environment, both Polish and English. He also completed attorney-at-law training at OIRP in Warsaw and holds the title of a certified advisor on the NewConnect market. In MATERIALITY, he is a Compliance Expert.

Alicja Irek



Alicja is an expert in periodic reporting. Since 1989, she has been working in the financial sector. Between 1991 and 2000 she worked in Bank Pekao S. A., where she was responsible for market research, strategy and analyses. Between 2001 and 2012 Alicja worked in ING Bank Śląski S.A. where she was responsible, inter alia, for the Management Board reports. She received four awards in Best Annual Report competition by ING Bank Śląski S.A. Since 2013, he has worked as a reporting consultant for companies listed on the regulated market. Some of these reports were also awarded in the Best Annual Report competition. Alicja is the author of articles on periodic reporting (Parkiet, Corporate Governance Review).
