The Administrator of your personal data is MOD sp. z o.o. seated in Warsaw, ul. Marszałkowska 111, 00-102 Warszawa, registered at the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Department of the National Register Courthouse under the number KRS 0000588962, NIP: 5252637685, REGON: 363093629, share capital PLN 5,000.

Your personal data will be processed for the recruitment process and in case of a successful recruitment, the data will be processed for the purposes related to employment processes.

The Administrator processes personal data for the following purposes:

– to fulfil the duties resulting from the legal regulations (e.g. the Labour Code) related to the recruitment process and then employing the candidate, and the legal basis for data processing is the legal requirement imposed on the Administrator, i.e. art. 6 item 1 letter c) of GDPR, while for processing personal data not required by regulation the legal basis for processing is the candidate’s consent, i.e. art. 6 item 1 letter a) of GDPR;

– to verify qualifications and skills of the candidate and to determine the cooperation conditions, the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interests of the Administrator, i.e. art. 6 item 1 letter f) of GDPR;

– to establish, investigate or defend against potential claims, the legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interests of the Administrator, i.e. art. 6 item 1 letter f) of GDPR.

Submission of personal data indicated by the regulations, necessary to take actions on your demand before entering the contract or necessary for our legitimate interests is obligatory for taking part in the recruitment process. Submission of other data is voluntary.

Your personal data can be shared with providers of job advertisement posting services, providers of recruitment management systems, providers of IT services (within the scope of data hosting), providers of IT systems as well as authorized entities based on applicable regulations.

You have the right to access your personal data, including the right to get a copy thereof, to correct, remove or limit processing of your data, to object against data processing as well as transferring submitted personal data, processing of which you consented to or which are processed on your demand before entering the contract, to a different data administrator.

You have the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. We inform that withdrawal of consent has no effect on the lawfulness of the processing of data which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

Your personal data will be processed from the moment of the receipt of your job application for maximum 30 days from the end of publishing of the recruitment advertisement. The period of data processing can be extended every time by a period of prescription, in case the processing of your personal data will be necessary for the Administrator to establish, investigate or defend against potential claims.

Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country, i.e. a country that is a non-member state of the European Economic Area or an international organization.

Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling related to automatic decision making.
